We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our Professional Services team. As a Trainer, you will deliver web-based and live training engagements for clients who use Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Professionals products. This role will initially focus on delivery of training for GoSystem Tax RS. About the Role In this opportunity as a Trainer, you will: Design, develop, and deliver both live and web-based sessions to enhance usage of Thomson Reuters products by leveraging understanding of customer needs. Support development of course materials, training documentation, or other educational content, as required. Build and maintain client relationships supporting their use and application of Thomson Reuters products. Collaborate with peer trainers and consultants as part of an agile squad aligned by customer workflow. Ensure timely follow up to determine applicability of course material and address issues/concerns raised by customers. Maintain up to date knowledge on product enhancements and changes. Manage logistics for designated engagements (calendar, registration, attendance tracking, facility set-up, etc.) About You You're a fit for the role of a Trainer if your background includes: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience Strong presentation and facilitation skills - prior experience delivering training is preferred Time and task management skills with ability to meet both internal and customer deadlines Technical acumen for delivery of virtual sessions Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with public tax & accounting industry is preferred Ability to field questions and control training sessions Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally Customer service orientation and experience Flexibility in learning additional products and services as needed to meet client demand Willingness for up to 25% travel as part of role #LI-VR1 What's in it For You? The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $74,200 - $137,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
