The Solution Consultant is a critical part of the Software Sales Team and is instrumental in helping drive Legal Tracker, HighQ, and CoCounsel sales by identifying needs, proposing solutions & being an integral part of the opportunity-driven sales efforts. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Solutions Consultant, you will: Participate in discovery calls with the support of a sales executive to understand prospect challenges and identify specific issues that can be addressed by Legal Software Solutions (Legal Tracker, HighQ, CoCounsel). Helping understand the prospects vision and aligning to the core capabilities of the software to support that vision. Demonstrate the suite of legal software to prospective customers. Understand the partnership ecosystem and how it is leveraged to assist prospective customers. Understand and convey value of larger Thomson Reuters vision for legal departments. Understand and convey customer experiences that reflect the unique capabilities / differentiators of our products to solve the underlying business issues of the prospect. Utilize business value calculators to help the prospect understand the value of our products. Work closely with professional services and data security teams in sales cycle Be innovative and bring forward ideas to demonstrate value to the sales process Consistently and routinely update information on opportunities and activities in SalesForce Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets About You: You're a fit for the role of Solution Consultant if you have/are: Must have the ability to understand and communicate complex technology visions and value propositions Have a general understanding Legal Operations Experience with Matter Management, spend management, contract management and/or generative AI platforms Ability to demonstrate to prospects and interact on a daily and weekly basis with prospects and sales executives. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $101,500 - $188,500. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
