Job Title: Scheduling Specialist - JPIX

Job Type: FT/Salaried, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)

The Scheduling Specialist will will be creating and managing the JostensPIX School Picture Day calendar to ensure events are scheduled properly and commitments are performed on time. This new role has been recently created to support this fast-growing division and team.



  • Build market calendars, scheduling events, communicating with stakeholders regarding their scheduled events, managing reschedules and modifications, monitoring resource allocations to ensure adequate staffing


  • Provide pro-active customer service to schools, sales reps, and internal partners​


  • Responsible for accurate, immediate decisions based on real-time information to adjust resources as changes occur


  • 1-2 years related work experience in planning, scheduling, and traffic in a call center environment or equivalent experience

  • Project Management or customer service experience

  • A flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a variety of operational changes with a positive attitude

  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organization

  • Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven

  • Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

  • Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Comfort with technology and learning new software applications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related area or equivalent experience

  • Experience and interest in photography (preferably school photography)

  • Working knowledge of high-volume schedules

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in business analytics, logistics, project management or event planning
