Interstate Companies Inc is adding a member to our Recruiting team! As a Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and perform all aspects of the recruitment process. Pay Range: $50-$70K per year Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job postings. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Maintain the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate data. Stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all Interstate branch locations and hiring events throughout the United States.
