Job Details Job Location 01 Eagan - Eagan, MN Position Type Full Time Salary Range $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly Job Shift Day Job Category Customer Service Description Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Patient Service Representative for our inbound call center in Eagan, Minnesota servicing customers over the phone. Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies. We specialize in serving the long-term care community and oxygen dependent Veterans. This person is the first point of contact for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will set up their order, verify their insurance coverage, and build trust with our customers, all over the phone. Schedule: In Office Only. Full Time at 40 hours a week.8:00am - 5:30pm on a rotated schedule including one Saturday per month. Register and setup customers in the intake system by entering their demographics, physician orders, and equipment. Preparing their first supply orders. Provide over-the-phone customer assistance with equipment troubleshooting and/or problem solving. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers (branch manager, Nursing home staff, hospitals) Read and interpret department documents when required. Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as take action to resolve issues. Qualifications Our top candidate is: Understanding of HIPAA laws to handle confidential personal and medical information. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Ability to be punctual and dependable with a stable work history. Ability to exercise good judgement on handling phone calls appropriately. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent telephone skills Accurate typing skills Requirements At least 1 year of previous call center customer service experience required.
