Are you a detail-oriented and compassionate professional with experience in high-volume caseloads? A prestigious and fast-paced Mass Tort Law Practice is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their team. This important role will provide essential legal support, requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality assistance to both clients and attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Manage a robust caseload of over 1,000 client cases, organizing documentation and maintaining meticulous records to provide efficient and effective legal support.

• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, regularly communicating via phone, email, and written correspondence. Provide thoughtful updates, promptly address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the legal process.

• Medical Record Analysis: Examine and analyze medical records to identify key evidence and insights to support case development and strategy.

• Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize key legal documents, enabling attorneys to provide exceptional legal services to clients.

• Compassionate Interviews: Conduct thorough and sensitive interviews with survivors of sexual assault, gathering detailed information while providing a compassionate and professional environment.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a paralegal in a high-volume or mass tort law practice is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage large caseloads.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused and empathetic approach.

• Experience reviewing medical records and gathering case evidence is highly desirable.

• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity when handling cases of a personal and sensitive nature.

• Proficiency in legal software, case management tools, and general office applications.
