Genesis10 is seeking an Operational Process Analyst for a contract with our client. 100% Remote. Responsibilities: Collaborate with operational areas to understand and assess the impacts of migrating to a new claims processing platform. Document new processes and create clear, comprehensive instructions for team members. Utilize SharePoint and/or Confluence to organize and share documentation effectively. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition to new processes. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and recommend best practices for operational efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in technical writing, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise documentation. Familiarity with SharePoint and/or Confluence is a strong plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
