The Manager, Digital Marketing Solutions Consultants will lead a dynamic team of up to 10 Solutions Consultants who are responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing expertise and ongoing solution and performance guidance to both prospective and current customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing practices and a proven track record of leadership. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to communicate innovative digital solutions. About the Role Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Solution Consultant team, ensuring that all team members are effectively contributing to our growth objectives and customer satisfaction goals. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the performance of the Solutions Consulting team and to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives. Serve a domain expert, providing insights and advice to both team members and customers on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with go-to-market teams to identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships, leveraging digital marketing solutions to meet their business needs. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Work closely with the product development and technical teams to ensure that digital marketing solutions are aligned with customer requirements and feedback. Oversee the preparation and delivery of persuasive presentations and proposals to clients that clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company's digital marketing solutions. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to digital marketing offerings and to create new solutions that provide a competitive edge. About You Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.
