Aerotek Industrial Maintenance Technician in Eagan, Minnesota
Industrial Maintenance Technician - Up to $45/hr. Full Benefits (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
Job Description
This is a hands-on position that requires the individual to complete testing of controls for all new and existing electrical control and safety systems in the plant and all external buildings within the campus.
The individual will be responsible for PLC troubleshooting of new and existing systems, as well as maintaining existing alarm systems.
They will contribute to a consistent, safe, and productive work environment through participation in corporate programs and adherence to operational and personnel policies and procedures.
With a focus on the success of the overall operation, the individual will work closely with the production and quality teams to handle emergency repairs and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Complete testing of controls for new and existing electrical control and safety systems.
Perform PLC troubleshooting of new and existing systems.
Maintain existing alarm systems.
Contribute to a safe and productive work environment through participation in corporate programs.
Adhere to operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Work closely with production and quality teams to handle emergency repairs.
Coordinate and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
Essential Skills
PLC troubleshooting and programming
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with low and high voltage electrical components

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00
