The Implementation Consultant's chief role is to guide new clients through HighQ implementation, ensuring all commitments are met or exceeded. Acting as a trusted advisor, they build and maintain long-term client relationships. Are you familiar withHighQ or other Thomson Reuters' legal products? Have you successfully led new clients through implementations? This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis-St. Paul About The Role You're a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if you're familiar with the following job tasks: Managing new client implementation projects including schedules, deliverables, and issue tracking Establishing and helping to maintain customer long term relationships Ensuring the client's successful and optimum utilization of Legal Tracker & HighQ products and solutions Assisting in the growth of HighQ and Thomson Reuters' product and services business Providing HighQ product support and problem solving Providing advice and supplying best practices to improve legal department operations and initiatives Initiating and participating in account planning sessions with both internal (HighQ and other Thomson Reuters teams) and client's key stakeholders Timely and accurate client communications (oral and written), establishing and reviewing key performance indicators, and active positive engagement between the client and HighQ & Thomson Reuters. About You You're a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if your background includes: 4+ years' experience as an Implementation Consultant supporting Thomson Reuters Legal Software products. (does 4 years seem like too much?) Strong knowledge of Thomson Reuters products, specifically the Litigation Support suite of products. Experience managing complex legal cases involving large amounts of data. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated individual who can work under pressure without compromising quality standards. Ability to travel domestically or internationally when required.
