Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative III in Eagan, Minnesota

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Saint Paul ,MN for this contract opportunity with potential to go perm

Shift: 8-5

Contract length : 3 months (Can go perm)

pay $26/h

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter pricing in SAP, including maintenance of current agreements

• Assist with processing of credit and rebills

• Facilitates the customer equipment order process by reviewing orders for Area compliance and routing to CS – Equipment group

• Investigate order challenges and support ecommerce

• Setup and maintain customer agreements in SAP

• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate customer data including contract alignments, discounts etc.

• Support sales tool CRM Dynamics including new account setup process, add service task to target account/account. Support training opportunities to field associates

• Point person for general questions from area account managers, district managers and regional managers on the Hub, onboarding new associates, AMs and DMs

• Assist with root cause analysis and process implementation in order to cash process

Basic Qualifications

• Three years of office experience supporting sales, finance or relevant business experience

• Customer service or credit services experience

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Self-motivated, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SAP

• Completed associate degree or equivalent

• Strong written, organization and verbal communication skills

• MS Power BI

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
