We are offering an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role, which is 100% remote, will have you supporting large scale transformation projects within the healthcare industry. You will be expected to be available for support Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems for larger and/or more complex business problems.

• Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and corporate projects as requested by internal/external customers, prepare business, and functional requirements.

• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs.

• Ensure creation of and adherence to requirements approach and management plan in alignment with an overall project plan.

• Drive and execute business readiness activities including the communication plan to support changes to technology processes and people.

• Support training and conduct focused analysis to ensure efficiency of project implementations and ensure desired results.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools for use in measuring business area performance against metrics/industry benchmarks and ensuring data integrity and systems stability in support of operations.

• Understand Healthcare Claims and Recovery.

• Identify what is needed in detail from the business and work with a solutions architect on a plan to complete while keeping on time and within scope.

• Understand the Software Development Process and have experience with RTM. Experience with Agile Confluence and IIBA International Institute of Business Analytics is preferred.

• Have the ability to adjust to change and manage multiple projects at once.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting

• Experience in business process documentation and training

• Familiarity with business procedures and policies

• Knowledge of budget processes and financial review

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses and generate financial notes

• Proficiency in metric reporting and stakeholder management

• Proven leadership skills and experience with hiring processes

• Experience in vendor management

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software tool and workstation support

• Knowledge of finance and healthcare sectors

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and HealthCare.gov

• Proficiency in planning and execution of projects

• Experience in recovery processes

• Ability to interact with C-suite executives

• Familiarity with video conferencing tools

• Knowledge of medical coverage policies

• Experience in supporting business recovery processes.
