Shifts Available: 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm).

Pay: $21/hr (could be flexible depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Distillation Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our production processes, utilizing falling film evaporators, distilling products in 100-gallon tanks, and overseeing continuous batch distillation systems. You will be expected to multitask in fermentation and distillation, coordinate timing between vessels and stills, manage cleaning and maintenance programs, and contribute to recipe development and brewing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate falling film evaporators and distillation equipment.

• Manage continuous batch distillation systems.

• Coordinate and multitask in fermentation and distillation processes.

• Oversee cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and operation of production equipment.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recipes for efficiency and consistency.

• Contribute to recipe development and scaling up from small to large batches.

• Manage fermentation and carbonation of beer.

• Strengthen quality controls and production processes.

• Assist in sensory panels for product approval.

• Lead research and development of new products, including recipe creation and scale-up trials.

• Train apprentice distillers.

• Conduct laboratory evaluations and process optimization.

• Perform Gas Chromatography analysis on pilot batches.

• Run experimental R&D product tests during distillation.
