Greet patrons proactively and with a smile

Be knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings and able to make recommendations as needed

Step in as a server or support to the FandB team as needed

Make specialty cocktails according to recipe sheet

Be knowledgeable about POS functions, including starting tabs, labeling checks, ringing in orders, separating checks and taking payment
