Account Manager - Retail and Facility Maintenance Services (Remote)
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance and Construction company that has been serving the Tri-State area for over 35 years, operating 24/7. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage our retail and facility services accounts. The ideal candidate will have retail or facilities experience.

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and facility service accounts. This position requires strong communication and decision-making skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for a leader to work with our customers to ensure service levels are being met.The ideal candidate with have experience working with and/or managing facility services or maintenance and retail management.

Additional duties will evolve as the role progresses.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of account management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a retail general management role.
Previous experience in managing accounts within the facility maintenance or construction industries is a plus
A stable employment record, with at least 5 years spent with one company (no job-hopping).
Leadership experience - a leader not a follower
Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using computers, phones, and other systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Facility maintenance or construction industry experience is preferred.
