Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Table Games Manager 3 in Durant, Oklahoma
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Table Games Manager 3 primary objectives are to manage the Table Games operation within our large property, which includes over 100 tables and a team of over 600 associates, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing table games performance, and driving revenue growth while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive work environment. You will report to the Table Games Director.
Primary Tasks:
You will oversee the daily needs of the table games operation including review staffing levels, delegate authority, assign responsibilities, instruct associates on specific tasks and job techniques, training, scheduling, and development/performance management.
Maintain awareness and compliance of company and departmental rules, regulations, and objectives.
You will maintain active involvement in managing the Table Games Pit(s) to include ample visibility within the Table Games Pit(s).
Engage in and promote positive guest interaction by all team members in their pit area and ensure that minimum guest service standards are met.
You will review, manage and present department financial data and analyze P&L statements.
Review table game activities, layout, game mix, table minimums, and promotional status.
You will monitor and strive for improvement in percentage of rated play and manage complementary items as tools to improve guest retention.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
You will address and resolve customer/associate/management problems on the floor quickly and discreetly.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in the use of Windows-based software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of all table game types in the market
Able to analyze computer generated reports on multiple table games products.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Mathematical and analytical skills
Five (5) years management experience in casino table games operation
