Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Director of Uniform Programs in Durant, Oklahoma
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Director of Uniform Programs will establish a standardized uniform program for the Division of Commerce to ensure consistency across the brand. You will report to the Executive Director of Gaming Operations.
Location : Durant
Schedule : Regular/Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Primary Tasks:
Assess the needs and maintain relationships with the individual departments for the Division of Commerce to determine uniform program while striving to lower costs, improve product quality, and obtain better service from suppliers.
Partner with Procurement to identify and select suppliers to procure uniforms to meet established criteria for price, quantity, quality, and delivery.
Use buying power to identify cost savings and capture benefits associated with large purchasing at scale.
Develop, implement, and monitor standardization of uniform selection and procedures.
Manage inventory program, ensuring service levels are maintained, and financial liabilities are managed.
Report and review financial performance of brand wide uniform program.
Manage all uniform staff, including coaching, evaluating, directing, scheduling, and performance management.
Approve all specialty uniforms for seasonal/permanent uniformed position(s).
Oversee the regulation of contractual obligations and vendor requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM
Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration or other related field.
Experience in multi-tasking of projects and project management.
Knowledge of applicable software applications such as email, spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and databases to include excellent working knowledge of Microsoft.
Excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
Strong analytical and listening skills.
Ability to work well with people, in a team environment.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time deadlines and constraints.
Eight (8) years of experience in Wardrobe or related fields with two years supervisory/management experience
