WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Benefits Lead will head the service, administration, and enhancements of our benefits packages, ensuring accurate tracking, communication, and strategic development to optimize team efficiency, provide members satisfaction, and achieve organizational success. Job duties include:

· Track and offer corporate benefit packages.

· Be the first line of leadership for the Benefit Coordinators with respsect to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability, and 4010k matters.

· Oversee all the basic functions of benefits, including but not limited to, calculating, inputting, mailing, and analyzing data.

· Develop and prepare all team member benefit related communication material including the:

-Benefit summary material

-Open enrollment information

-Required communication

-Plan change notification

· Evaluate, recommend, and implement benefit programs through research and analysis of benefit trends for potential changes, improvements, and enhancements of current programs.

· Collaborate with team members for Open Enrollment rollout.

· Other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, LOA, FMLA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

· 3 to 5 years of experience working with benefits carriers, vendors, and HR Information Systems.

· Experience with ADP Vantage is a plus.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
