Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are currently searching for Packaging Operators to be based out of Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Shift Lead Production Supervisor, the Packaging Operator will package finished PVC pipe in proper crate quantities for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of product for proper print line and quality specifications.

• Package finished pipe in proper crate quantities.

• Perform maintenance and cleanup for production and storage areas.

• Adhere to plant safety rules and wear proper PPE (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toe shoes, gloves).

• Prioritize tasks and anticipate needs to effectively manage time and accomplish all tasks.

• Maintain housekeeping in assigned area.

• Complete all other assigned duties.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging, production, and general labor.

• Material handling skills.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 75lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production working.

• Skills in picking and packing.

• Experience in assembly and loading.

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Work Environment

This role operates in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing plant that is dirty and loud. Proper PPE, including safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toe shoes, and gloves, must be worn at all times.
