Janitorial Manager

Labor Staffers is staffing for a Janitorial Manager. Most of the work is with customers/commercial offices in State College, with some work in Lock Haven and Altoona. Must have two year's  janitorial  manager  experience.

• Responsible  for cleaning  schedule  accounts
• Helping  employees  covering  call offs
• Covering  accounts  when owners are out of town
• Making  sure all accounts  have chemicals  and paper products 
• Making  sure all employees  have the right equipment 

• Making  sure the warehouse  is stocked with all products

   

Managers will be expected to cover for employees when they call off, sometimes they call of at midnight and is rare but it does happen and will need to cover when this happens. A company  vehicle  will be provided after training (3 months) is complete.  This is a salary  job and you will work 40 to 55 hours per week  Monday  through  Friday from 530 PM/6 PM to 1am /4 am  shift with on call over weekends, with one weekend  off per month. Must be a strong  cleaner and be able to be good with time management and managing people.  

Will need to be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testing. Salary will go up after 3 months
