Moore County Hospital District Patient Registrar - MCFHC (8am-8pm) in Dumas, Texas

This is a Full-time position. SUMMARY:  The Registrar is responsible for monitoring and registering, interviewing patients to gather complete and accurate data essential to the completion of the admission/registration process and obtains appropriate signatures. To also include monitoring of up front collection process.    EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  High School or equivalent education preferred.    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: At least one year of admissions/registration, customer service and upfront cash collections experience preferred.    LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: None   OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional interpersonal skills to interview and obtain information from patients and interact with others, computer literacy to include data entry skills, good verbal and written communications skills and basic math skills required.    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position provides routine day-to-day guidance and direction to employees in the admissions department, under the supervision of the Admission Director
