Bargaining unit consideration begins on 07/16/2024 and ends on 7/23/24. The posting is for a 100% time, continuous position The pay rate range for this position starts at $24.07/hr and depends on qualifications Work Schedule: 8:00a,-4:30pm. Note: During peak sports times the position will require flexibility and may require weekend and evening work Essential Responsibilities: Ticket office operational support - 30% Works collaboratively with the ticket manager on renewals, sales & reseating for season tickets and single game & group ticket sales Assist with ticket packing and secondary invoicing. Support of everyday ticketing, process comp tickets and provide customer service. Answer incoming phone calls, assist callers with ticketing needs. Work ticket window on campus during regular business hours as needed. Work ticket window on game day both on campus and at secondary ticket window locations as scheduled. Game day support for all sports as scheduled to include will call representation. Works collaboratively with ticket manager on sales calls to current and prospective clients to secure ticket sales including follow-up to resolve questions, or resolve problems. Create and monitor player guest site and forms for all Division 1 and 2 sports that are ticketed. Monitor shopping carts for the outings for golf, baseball and football. Assist with creation of season plans, mini plans, single games & promotional codes in Ticketmaster Adhering to NCAA and conference guidelines. Assist with training & guidance of student ticket staff Ticket office financial support - 70% Provide lead on open/close of the ticket office daily. Depositing/reconciliation of ticket receipts to Archtics and Host Ticketmaster sales and other special events & marketing/promotion items including, but not limited to camp registration funds, auction income, away hockey tickets, Bulldog buddies, Golf outings, Pop sales, equipment sales, programs, chuck a puck, tailgating, UA purchases, and One Voice donations. Utilize University financial reports and Ticketmaster for auditing and reporting. Order/return change funds for events. Reconcile Athletic spreadsheets for ticket sales gate revenue to Ticketmaster. Apply payments to season ticket holder accounts. Reconcile bank statements to Wells Fargo account, Chase Paymentech, and American Express to sales in Ticketmaster and also to Peoplesoft. Process all refunds for athletic events and camps. Collection on all unbalanced accounts. Reconcile camp revenue to rosters for camps. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and five years of related experience to include project management. Coursework in a related field may substitute for some years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Documented experience working in an Athletics department. Documented experience working with ticketing systems and finances associated with an Athletics department.
