Job Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the Youth Services Senior Directors and Directors and coordinate statewide data collection and analysis, policies and procedures, and grant management oversight. You will work with Directors across the state to assure compliance and consistency across programs. You will also assist in building an infrastructure for billable services in collaboration with youth services and behavioral health, ensuring timely and accurate billing and capturing all revenue. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma. Three or more years of administrative experience, education, or background in project coordination. Developed computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and training in the area of typing, advanced word processing, spreadsheets, database, and desktop publishing. Experience with Evolv or other database systems, HMIS, and Great Plains is a plus, but not required. Incumbent routinely faces fluctuating demands on their time requiring the application of time management, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
