(See www.visitduluth.com)QUALIFICATIONS•Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology•Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Minnesota•Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within an inter-disciplinary team and with referring physicians to provide high quality patient care•Oriented toward providing evidence-based, patient centered care•Passionate about quality, service excellence, safety, process improvement, programmatic development and team building•Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; experience with the EPIC electronic medical record is a significant plus•Proven ability to create a positive and productive environment that promotes collegiality and innovation in all settings•Willingness to be involved in cardiovascular researchPOSITION DESCRIPTION•General Interventional Cardiology position•Interventional Cardiology call model of 1:6•Salaried position and competitive benefitsLOCATION•150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul•Regional service area: 460,000•Metro population: 125,000Essentia Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
