Essentia Health Pharmacist Resident (80 hours per pay period) in Duluth, Minnesota
Participates, under the supervision of residency preceptors, in the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and quality assurance programs. Rotates through an established program of education as assigned by the Department. Performs all duties associated with interpretations, order entry, dispensing and monitoring of medications in order to provide quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians and other health care professionals. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the population served.
Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education required. Pharm D degree
Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota State Board of PharmacyORAbility to become licensed within 4 weeks of starting date

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
