DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Be a great communicator, team player and listener. - Be able to plan your day, week, month & year on how you will grow the parts sales and service customers. - Be able to convey your plans to the Parts Manager and Parts Director. - Contribute to the company CRM system. - To be a solution provider and be a professional in all the work you do. - Must be a great contributor to the Yes We Can Do That atmosphere. - Must be able to sit in a vehicle for the day and drive long distances. - Must be able to sell and upsell parts to customers. - Must be able to teach customers solutions that decrease future maintenance concerns. - Maintain current customer relationships while building new customer contacts. WORKING CONDITIONS: Will spend the full day driving and calling on customers and vendors.
