Job Description:

Under general direction, responsible for partnering with and advising multiple areas to support large, complex, and interdisciplinary projects. Plans, develops, and leads a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services. Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and leads the design of solutions. Mentors and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance. Performs the most complex analyses to support a broad range of HR activities. Designs complex reports and predictive analytics. Oversees all aspects of projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress. Partners with HR functional areas to implement organization and/or HR initiatives. Collects, researches, and analyzes human resources data while tracking data trends and outcomes.

Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior Analyst: 5 years of Human Resources-related experience required , including demonstrated experience of progressive and varied responsibility in project management, change management, reporting, and analytics

  • Analyst II: 2 years of Human Resources-related experience required
