Monitor individual work performance and provide feedback and support when needed. Transport people to and from their residence, job site, and other community activities. Help people build and strengthen interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain workplace relationships. Work collaboratively with the person and their support team to implement individual employment plans Hours for this position are typically Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm with occasional weekends/evenings as needed. For this position, you will need: A valid driver s license with no restrictions and have a working vehicle To pass a post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Report check Education/Experience: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
