Hello- Experience is not needed as we provide paid training. Base wage is $17.00, but having educational Degrees and or experience allow you to exceed the base wage. You will mentor high functioning adults and assist them to achieve their life goals. Community integration is a large piece to our clients' success, therefore, we provide transportation for all activities and appointments. We can have up to 4 clients in a home with 2 staff to care for them.
