You'll Enjoy Our: Work-Life Balance - Evenings, weekends & holidays off On-the-Job Training Professional Development Training & Programs Competitive Pay - We pay depending on experience Generous PTO - Start accruing PTO on your 1st day Paid Holidays - We are closed the 6 major holidays of the year Maternity Leave - Partially paid through our Short-Term Disability Work Environment - Everyone takes pride in their work & can se their impact on the company Employee Discounts Employee Referral Program We Also Provide: Various Medical, Dental & Vision insurance plans to fit any lifestyle & family Medical & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Accident, Cancer & Critical Illness supplemental insurance programs 100% Company-Paid Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) Program & Company Matching 100% Company-Paid Group Life Insurance 1x your annual wage ($45,000 minimum) Additional Voluntary Life Insurance You'll Take Ownership of: Various warehouse tasks to support all sales distribution points Driving a company vehicle to transport items from warehouse to customer or to pick up items from various locations Unloading freight from trucks & trailers using manual & motorized equipment Comparing goods received & packing slips for order accuracy, inspecting for any damage & notifying your supervisor of any discrepancies Scanning or entering product into the inventory control system or related computer program Maintaining consistent & adequate stock of product on the sales floor & warehouse shelves in a neat & orderly condition Using manual or motorized equipment to transport inventory between the warehouse & store locations Participating in scheduled inventory events (physical inventory counts, etc.) Preparing shipments for customers or other Acme Tools locations Accurately picking items from customers' orders, shipping orders or requisitions, preparing shipments & loading product onto trucks, trailers or customers' vehicles Loading, unloading & organizing merchandise Maintaining a clean & organized warehouse to ensure accessibility & safety Helping with property maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, etc.) Maintaining a safe & secure work environment by adhering & striving to improve safety standards & reporting any suspicious activity Completing related tasks as assigned You'll Need: A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Experience driving a pick-up & trailer combo Computer skills & ability to learn new software To be willing & able to work on powered equipment (forklift, etc.) We'd Love if You Have: Previous forklift experience Previous delivery driver experience Customer service skills Physical Requirements of the Job: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand on a hard surface for up to 10 hours Frequently push, pull, squat, bend & reach Continuously climb & descend stairs safely *Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen & background check.
