Sr Staff Global Account Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Global Account Manager for one of our largest Industrial Global accounts. The Global Account Manager will work closely with resources across Renesas in order to realize ambitious growth plans across our product portfolio in Analog & Connectivity, Power, Embedded Processing, and High-Performance Computing.

The Job

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and maintain Renesas as strategic supplier

  • Understand customer strategy, organization, operations, and decision-makers in context of maximizing Renesas business share at the account

  • Develop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationships from working-level to C-level

  • Work closely with and lead global and cross-functional teams

  • Support world-wide customer manufacturing sites in collaboration with Renesas global service operations, provide demand forecasts, and facilitate resolving of supply issues

  • Own and drive the end-to-end business results at assigned Global Account

  • Home-office-based with frequent travel for F2F customer interaction

Qualifications

  • Engineering University Degree - preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales role in the semiconductor industry, preferably in broadline semiconductor OEM sales

  • Experienced and comfortable in a global role

  • Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, results driven, team player

  • Sales hunter mentality

  • Experience with breadth of IC categories in Renesas portfolio preferred (MCU/MPU, Analog, Connectivity, Power)

  • Demonstrated successful business decision making skills that influenced positive results

  • Hungry, proactive, self-directed, analytical, detail-oriented, and & dedicated to quality of work

  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 50%)

  • Native English proficiency

  • Located in or willing to relocate to Eastern US (preferably Southeast US -- Atlanta or Charlotte)

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000. This position is also eligible for additional bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
