As a QCS Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Quality Control Systems (QCS) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to QCS equipment, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to QCS equipment for our customers

• Provide technical support and expertise for our QCS solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE • High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Quality Control Systems (QCS) equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders WE VALUE • Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) are desired

• Experience in project management and execution

• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
