What You'll Do:
Employee Relations
Serves as primary point of contact for employee inquiries by monitoring HR@dupaco.com and MRM tickets assigned to the HR queue and ensuring that resolutions are fair and consistent.
Assists with employee communication and requests for intranet (Burst) pages and coordinates appropriate communication from requests to share on Burst.
Coordinates employee recognition awards (e.g. TH Rising Star, Women of Achievement.)
Coordinates Crew Time calendar of events and other engaging workplace experience events (e.g. annual Halloween contests.)
Assists HR team with employee handbook policy administration, procedures, updates and maintenance.
Assists in the facilitation of employee surveys (e.g. Candidate Survey, Top Workplace Survey, Pulse Survey.)
Assists with job description updates and maintenance.
Employee Benefits
Coordinates annual benefit communication including but not limited to: creating annual communication calendar, partnering with Dupaco’s benefit broker for content development, helping prepare and deliver monthly benefit communication to employees, and assisting with ongoing maintenance of Dupaco Crew Benefits page.
Facilitates annual Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and flu shot clinics by partnering with HRA vendors for scheduling and effective communication to employees.
Coordinates Dupaco’s Logo Wear programs for employees, administers employee anniversary gift processes and other employee life event processes. (e.g. retirements, new baby announcements)
Coordinates employee anniversary gifts and serves as point of contact for Dupaco’s Digital Gifting Platform, Snappy.
Manages the employee submissions for Employee Referral program.
Facilitates the Tuition Reimbursement benefit process.
Serves as backup for payroll/benefits administration team for UKG payroll reports.
Compliance and Reporting
Maintains accurate and compliant records using Dupaco’s human capital management system, UKG and other secure filing systems.
Maintains employee posters for compliance with labor laws and required federal and state notices for all locations, including remote employee electronic notices.
Creates and runs employee data reports from UKG (e.g. HR monthly numbers, anniversary report)
Assists with maintenance of employee data in UKG (e.g. Employee Documents, Job Code data for non-compete and workplace dependent tracking, life events, and onboarding process) by performing regular audits and prompt follow-up to resolve findings.
Assists with follow-up and reporting to ensure timely completion of performance reviews and HR-related trainings (e.g Preventing Workplace Harassment).
Responds to internal motor vehicle registrations (MVR) requests and external requests for employment verifications.
Onboarding and Offboarding
Assists with new hire onboarding of employees which includes but is not limited to: administering new employee checklist for internal communication, completing I-9 and E-Verify processes, collecting new employee documents, and coordinating new employee lunches.
Assists with voluntary and involuntary termination processes which includes but is not limited to: coordinating employee exit interviews, collecting resignation documents, and processing in UKG, coordinating retirement communication, and employee termination checklist for internal communication.
General
Monitors inventory of HR supplies, HR swag, and orders proactively.
Demonstrates continuous learning and understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations by actively participating in Human Resource affinity groups (e.g. TriHRA.)
Serves as a back-up and support to the HR team.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
