Sorona Inc. d.b.a. Rosenxt Technology USA, Inc. Technical Product Owner in Dublin, Ohio
The position requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field plus four (4) years of post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a Technical Product Owner - related occupation. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following:
- Demonstrable experience with algorithm development for industrial applications;
- Signal processing; Accelerometers; Lidar; Radar; GPS; Camera; Sonar/Acoustic sensors.
- Sensor fusion; Kalman filters; PCA; Bayesian networks; Convolutional Neural Networks.
- Demonstrable experience in development and application of Machine Learning, Deep Learning Algorithms and Software Development:
- Programming languages including Python and C++, and corresponding Frameworks and libraries including Numpy, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
- Algorithms: PCA, Decision trees, Convolutional Neural Networks, LSTM, Transformer-based architectures, LLM.
- Experience of developing end-to-end ML solutions, starting from ideation towards deployment and maintenance.
- Understanding of modern cloud-based platforms and tools for ML/AI solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, DataBricks, Snowflake)
- Understanding of software architecture, design principles and development lifecycle.
- Understanding of API development and management.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Demonstrable experience with Analysis of measured data:
- Knowledge of application of mathematical concepts including Probability and Statistics, Linear algebra and Calculus to measured data.
- Knowledge of Data bases and associated tools ElasticSearch, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Demonstrable experience in Technical Project Management:
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Demonstratable experience/knowledge in/of Non-destructive testing:
- Data acquisition techniques: Eddy-current, magnetic flux leakage, ultrasonic, visual, and thermography.
- Familiarity with basic concepts of material science, structure failure and mechanical design.
- Demonstratable Product Management skills:
- Experience in managing the entire technical lifecycle from ideation to launch and maintenance (Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap).
- Skills in gathering and defining technical and business requirements.
Domestic (U.S.) travel and international travel is required up to 10% for travel and collaboration on projects. Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
