Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in a location. This role involves inventory accounting within the commercial distribution industry. As a part of our team, you will be expected to provide support during month-end close, prepare journal entries, and handle account reconciliations among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate inventory accounting within the company

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of journal entries

• Conducting account reconciliations as necessary

• Facilitating the 3-way match process effectively

• Managing and processing purchase orders

• Utilizing Great Plains Accounting and Dynamics CRM in daily tasks

• Performing tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP)

• Handling bank reconciliations and maintaining General Ledger

• Overseeing Fixed Asset Inventory and Inventory Reconciliation

• Utilizing SAP for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately

• Demonstrated experience with General Ledger management

• Able to prepare and review Journal Entries

• Experienced with Month End Close procedures

• Must have knowledge of SAP software

• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM is required

• Proficiency in Great Plains Accounting software

• Experience with Fixed Asset Inventory management

• Understanding of Inventory Accounting principles

• Experienced in conducting Inventory Reconciliation
