Project Associate Opportunity Overview

This position requires a very detailed individual who can support 54 business units and 30+ projects each

month.

  • The ideal candidate will have worked in a project management role for a minimum of four years.

  • The ability to update in-depth Excel spreadsheets is essential.

  • Having a proven history of database management is required.

  • Over the course of a project, the Project Associate will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities include:

  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

  • Delegating tasks on the project to vendors best positioned to complete them.

  • Making effective, fast-paced decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

  • Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.

  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

  • Closing most projects in two to four weeks.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business, and/or have 5+ years' experience in project management.

  • Software skills including WordPress, Adobe creative suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
