We are seeking an Billing Analyst for our team in Dublin, Ohio. The role focuses on the vital financial operations within our organization. As an BIlling Analyst, you will be expected to review and enter contracts, generate invoices, calculate commissions for the sales team among other tasks. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts thoroughly and enter them accurately into the accounting software system.

• Generate invoices in adherence to contract terms, ensuring that all details are captured and correct.

• Calculate and records commissions for the sales team, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient management of accounting functions.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) procedures, ensuring timely payments and proper record keeping.

• Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions and records to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.

• Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customers.

• Leverage your skills in Accounting Functions to ensure financial data is accurate and up to date.

• Use your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Must have familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is important

• Experience with Auditing is beneficial

• Ability to manage Billing Functions is essential
