Insight Global Voice Provisioning Analyst in Draper, Utah
Job Description
One of our top clients is looking for a voice provisioning analyst to join their SLC, UT team. This individual will be working at one of the premier financial institutions in the world to better enhance their skills as a technical professional. The types of events that drive the work CES performs includes: Employee Onboarding, Employee Mobility and Transfers, Leavers and Terminations, Firm Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures, and Divisional Restructuring. Location Strategy projects and other strategic business initiatives also generate work for the team which manages the entitlements access and system configuration of technology products and services that span three work streams: Information Privilege Management, Voice Privilege Management, and Market Data Privilege Management. CES is constantly focused on transformation and improving the client experience. They partner with various Engineering, Human Resources, Risk, and Compliance teams to create fast, easy, and scalable solutions that meet the continuously changing demands of technology and our business. The ideal individual will be a strong mix of technical ability and personality. They will be working daily with clients of the firm, and they will need to be able to communicate effectively internally and externally.

Skills and Requirements
- 1+ year of technical support experience
- Experience working with some kind of ticketing system (i.e. servicenow)
- Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Windows A.D.
- Sound technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills (Windows Desktop, VoIP, Ticketing tools, etc.)
- Responsive and able to react quickly to client needs
- Proactive and logical thinking in resolving problems
- Good command of English Language: Written and Verbal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills null
