LIFEWAVE INC. US Sales Coordinator in DRAPER, Utah
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator will have responsibility for coordinating core sales functions for the US Sales Team at a fast-growing international network marketing company. This individual will report to the US Country Manager and support the other sales team members through collaborating on sales initiatives & projects, sales webinars & events, sales travel arrangements, field relationship development, and administrative support.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Development:
- Under the direction of sales leadership, helps to build relationships of trust with engaged field leaders in the US
- Support sales leadership with weekly/monthly goal setting zooms with newer rank groups
- Participate in weekly online training and engagement via social media
- Support active promotions and activities through creative engagement strategies with field leadership
US and Canada Field Advisory Board Coordination:
- Schedule regular meeting with the FAB members and corporate attendees
- Organize the agenda with the support of the Country Manager and Sales team
Take minutes of the meetings and actions items to share will all attendees within 2 working days
US Sales Recognition Coordination:
- Facilitates sales team participation in recognition efforts.
- Assists in recognition efforts at Sales Events.
Arranges NA monthly advancement shout out efforts with the sales team.
Sales Event Webinar & Event Coordination:
- Sales Webinars
- Sends Meeting Invites & Zoom Links to speakers & collaborators.
- Arranges guest speakers via direction from Country Manager.
- Facilitates translation (when needed).
- Coordinates with Comms team to promote and communicate with attendees.
- Facilitates recording and rebroadcast of webinars.
- Posts webinars to channels.
- Manages webinar playlists.
Sales Event Coordination (fly-in events & sales tours & meetings)
- - Coordinate travel for Country Manager and Sales Team for Leader run events - Support the Events team with all sales events (venue selection and management, travel, accommodation, transportation, food and beverage, speaker coordination, and attendee communication & management) - Coordinate the speakers and onsite support staff - Monitor budgets and support the Country Manager in budget reviews
Administrative Duties:
- Supports Sales Team Leadership with all administrative functions as needed
- Assists in presentation creation
- Monitors business builder FB group. Advises team when commenting is required and answers questions relating to sales initiatives & programs
- Submits all marketing support and IT requests
- Monitors Sales and Training inbox and reports issues to appropriate department members
- Assists with Reimbursement Requests and CC reconciliation for US Country Manager
- Schedules zooms/calls/meetings for Sales Leadership Team.
- Prepares meeting agendas/takes notes/send out meeting minutes and conducts follow-up as appropriate
- Sends gifts/flowers/cards/etc. to leaders and contacts as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer work station and access information from a computer. The employee will regularly speak on a telephone. The employee is required to be mob ile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience in sales operations, in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skil s including MS Office; intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Experience in a network marketing organization preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
