LIFEWAVE INC. Global Member Success Coordinator in DRAPER, Utah

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Compliance Coordinator will have the primary responsibility of coordinating the execution efforts for global, regional, and market-specific compliance project needs. This individual will report to the Global Director of Member Success. 

 

The Compliance Coordinator will assist in project coordination for key compliance-involved projects between management, legal, sales, marketing, and other key business areas. This role will also include meeting and schedule coordination, KPI and data reporting, project and document management, and inter-departmental communications. 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage key compliance projects, processes, and initiatives by assisting in Compliance Operations/Projects such as:
    • Execution of compliance projects
    • Formation and management of project timelines
    • Project documentation maintenance
    • Relationship building and maintenance between stakeholders
    • Information and Data collection and management
    • Forming and managing communication/reports to stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, etc. as needed or required
    • Assist in updating and managing department SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Assist with Compliance KPI & data reporting and auditing and manage documentation
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and minutes documentation and maintenance
  • Liaise with Global compliance personnel and other department personnel on compliance-related projects
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of compliance-related events managing travel arrangements and accommodations for compliance personnel
  • Perform general compliance clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents Assist in creating, managing, and maintaining internal compliance personnel tools and resources Assist in creating, managing, and maintaining field-related compliance training tools and resources
  • Coordinate with HR on the recruitment process (scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records), on new compliance hire orientation, and assist with onboarding needs
  • Additional duties as assigned

     

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience within a project management environment is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, Presentation creation tools, online tools, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of basic compliance processes and terminology is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project management and/or compliance/legal processes is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, practical, and innovative approach to daily activities
  • Flexible and highly motivated individual with the ability to collaborate with others and work on their own initiative and a willingness to learn
