We have an immediate need for a Sage ERP Technician. We are willing to train someone with the right skillset and interest in learning the job.

What you'll do: Create Items and Bill of Materials in Manufacturing modules Issue materials in a timely manner for Manufacturing Orders Receive materials to complete manufacturing orders Build and maintain Sage for specified department Implement serialization in specified department Follow up and repair any data issues/errors in Sage Assist in building an implementation of Sage in Dontech's division, DyneTEC Assist in rollout of shop floor control Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions: High School/Technical School/GED or equivalent work experience, as applicable Proficient in Microsoft Excel Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus Attention to detail a must Work within the manufacturing team to resolve issues without conflict Creativity to build new systems Dedication to improvement Ability to follow directions, work independently, and follow through on tasks to completion Reliable, on-site attendance Proficiency in communication skills (verbal and written, in English) Willing and available to work agreed upon schedule Monday - Friday Willing and available to work overtime when requested to meet task deadlines Citizenship requirements in compliance with ITAR (US Citizen, US National, lawful US Permanent Resident, or lawful refugee or asylee of the US) Minimum 18 years of age The Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Regularly required to communicate, verbally (in person or over the phone) and in writing. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, hold or reach. Ability to lift up to 2 lbs. frequently from table height to shoulder height. Ability to lift up to 12 lbs. regularly from table height to shoulder height. Required to wear appropriate safety equipment as needed, including but not limited to protective eyewear, paper half face masks, and latex/non-latex gloves in areas where required. Seldom working in an area where the noise level is above normal. Must be odor tolerant of cleaning agents (e.g., acetone, rubbing alcohol).
We are willing to train someone with prior applicable skills who also shows a willingness to learn. Following initial training, we can offer choice of a Full Time schedule with a regular starting time between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday - Friday.
