Project Manager

We are a small, family-owned property management company overseeing four properties. Our company focuses on ensuring the proper maintenance and improvement of our properties while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Oversee various projects at the properties, such as balcony inspections, compliance checks, and landscaping. Ensure that all work meets code requirements and aesthetic standards.

• Maintenance Knowledge: Possess strong maintenance knowledge to identify and address property issues effectively.

• Project Management: Utilize project management skills within the property management industry to handle different projects that arise.

• Capital Improvements: Manage large-scale capital improvement projects, focusing on significant upgrades and renovations rather than day-to-day maintenance tasks.

• Vendor Proposals: Evaluate and handle proposals from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.

• Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors, managing relationships and ensuring that projects are completed to the company's standards.

• Proven experience in project management within the property management industry.

• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and compliance standards.

• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in handling capital improvement projects.

• Proficiency in vendor management and proposal evaluation.
