We're looking for a Customer Service Associate for an Eyecare facility in Downers Grove, Illinois. This role is temp to hire with an opportunity for advancement! Responsibilities include: clerical and administrative work including greeting and assisting patients, Insurance verification, multitasking and respond to needs of patients, accurately calculating and collect payments, and professionally assisting doctor, staff, patients and visitors. Medical background is a plus!

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Routine Clerical and Administrative work including greeting and assisting patients

Insurance verification

Multitask and respond to needs of patients

Accurately calculate and collect payments

Professionally assistn doctor, staff, patients and visitors

Answer inbound and outbound phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette

Use proper grammar in patient communication
