Adecco is currently assisting a local technology client recruiting Inside Sales Representatives in Dover, NH . This Inside Sales job is a temp to hire opportunity, with a starting base pay rate of $18+/HR , plus incentives / commission and overtime!

Job Duties / Requirements :

  • Schedule sales appointments

  • Provide excellent communication and phone skills

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads

  • Work with clients to create solutions for their needs

  • Consult through the sales process

  • Make between 80+ outbound calls each day

  • Must be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years of customer service skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Outgoing and positive personality

  • Well-spoken

  • Energetic

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
