Job Summary

Seasoned Oracle Financials consultant with the experience of rollout in various countries. Ideally 10+ years of experience and experience of 15+ years in Oracle Financial implementation. The role of the TPM will be to monitor the implementation & rollout of oracle financials to a specific country.

Responsibilities

Monitor the roll out plan analyze dependencies identify issues resolve risks & issues

Keep the management informed about the risks/issues/dependencies and actively keep the project status in control

Understand the overall skillset of the team with respect to the staffing and continuously help the team with relevant training recommendations or replacements

The suitable candidate should have experience of Oracle Financials implementation into various countries & should have sound understanding of the implementation know-how for various geographies

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
