Mig Welder- Fabricator - 1st & 2nd shifts
Immediate need for a dependable, career minded, skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join the team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in welding, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
1st and 2nd shifts

Responsibilities:
Welding Operations: Perform welding tasks to assemble, repair, or modify metal structures and components according to blueprints and specifications.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Quality Control: Inspect welds for quality, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. This may involve using various testing methods like x-rays or ultrasonic tests.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including wearing protective gear and handling materials safely.
Material Preparation: Cut, shape, and prepare metal pieces for welding, often using tools like grinders, saws, and cutting torches.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements and procedures.
Collaboration: Work with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in using welding equipment and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
