Niagara Bottling LLC National Account Manager – Beverage Manufacturing (Remote) in Diamond Bar, California

National Account Manager – Beverage Manufacturing (Remote)

The National Account Manager – Beverage Manufacturing will maintain and grow existing accounts and close new business within a defined geography and or assigned target accounts for the Beverage Manufacturing Business Group.

Essential Functions

  • Achieve sales performance goals specific to the region and or assigned accounts by performance against sales metrics set each year.

  • Identify, solicit and close new business in designated region and or customer set to achieve EBITDA goals

  • Manage all aspects of the new customer sales process (identify, pursue, price, and close)

  • Work closely with Vice President of Sales – Beverage Manufacturing to accomplish metrics

  • Work in tandem with Business Execution Manager (“BEM”) on existing accounts and Business Development Manager (“BDM”) on new accounts to develop deal constructs

  • With assistance of BDM close new accounts across the region

  • Accountable for startup of projects with Program Managers responsible for programs startups. There is a close working relationship between the two on start-up programs.

  • Travel as necessary for face-to-face meetings (70% of time)

  • Drive “in year” case and EBITDA customer growth across regional accounts

  • Develop and manage annual account plans

  • With assistance of BEM lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customer management teams of existing accounts

  • Relationship development and retention

  • Attend relevant customer events

  • Lead plant tours

  • Conduct high value entertainment

  • Develop close personal relationships with key leaders of prospects and existing customers

  • Responsible for the direct reporting, managing and leadership of a BDM

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

  • 6 Years – Experience in Position

  • 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects

  • 10+ Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

  • 10+ Years – Experience working in Position

  • 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects

  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook

Typical Compensation Range

Pay Rate Type: Salary

$115,381.28 - $167,302.86 / Yearly

Bonus Target: 20% Annual
