Administrative Specialist I
The Administrative Specialist I will work within the IT Team to provide administrative support for Niagara’s IT Executive team.
Understanding of financial concepts including but not limited to budgeting, variance, forecast, and ROI.
Ability to independently gather required information to organize and perform financial analysis assignments.
Proven ability using spreadsheet and database software for financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.
Manage IT department budget and forecast under the guidance of Sr. IT Leaders.
Create, monitor, and track department purchase orders.
Create, monitor, and track annual Software and Hardware maintenance schedules and costs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
Assist in the production of key documents including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, and process documentation.
Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to communicate and interact at executive and junior levels
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1 Year – Experience in providing departmental administrative support
1 Year – Experience in similar position
1 Years – Experience managing administrative projects

Education
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred (Optimal Candidate):
- Master’s Degree or related field or equivalent work experience

Pay Rate Type: Salary
$68,640.00 - $88,874.50 / Yearly
