ABOUT THE TEAM As a Trust Coordinator, the employee will performa variety of functions within Trust Operations, using trust systems and other computer applications. The Coordinator must communicate effectively with a variety of constituents, both internal and external to Comerica including Trust Administrators, investment managers, brokers and clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Create, modify, and review entries on Trust Accounting systems. Perform account maintenance to ensure accuracy of transactions and related data. Maintain procedural checklists to ensure that key functions/processes/documents are in good order from a timeliness and accuracy perspective. Monitors all workflows and request queues (QForms, Sharepoint, Email) and responds within the defined service level standard. Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating to analysts/management where necessary. Provides monthly, weekly or ad-hoc reports for manager. Participates with other team members in reviewing and assessing current practices and procedures. Participate in monthly storage procedures for department. Other related duties assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING High School Diploma or GEDOR1-2 years relevant work experience Experience using Microsoft Office products Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines Ability to work in an organized manner Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public Detail orientation Ability to maintain confidentiality Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5
