As the Team Leader, Leadership Communications and Team Member Engagement, you'll lead a team responsible for the content and creative strategy for enterprise-wide internal communications campaigns. You'll work cross-functionally across the organization to develop strategies and a creative approach to storytelling that resonates, aligns to the corporate narrative and mission to inspire and engage team members.

About the Role

  • Embody and support the culture, vision and overall direction of the team

  • Lead, guide and evaluate the work of direct report team members

  • Work with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic internal communications strategies

  • Work cross-functionally with strategic partners to develop and manage creative, meaningful content that highlights the company mission and culture, placing them in the right channel at the right time to increase engagement and awareness

  • Provide communications support and counsel to senior leaders in the organization, working closely with the Public Relations team

  • Ensure a high level of editorial review, consistency and quality across all organizational communications

  • Maintain knowledge of the most current creative communications techniques and practices to enhance internal communication efforts

  • Own creative execution and production to reach and engage team members

  • Convert organizational strategies into clear, compelling and consistent messages and stories that connect team members to the organization and their work

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in a communications or change management role

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability in change management practices with an ability to understand and distill complex information into accessible communications

  • Experience coaching and developing team members

  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic judgement decisions in complex and crisis management situations

  • Demonstrated ability in editing and writing for different voices, tones and audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, video editing and content management

  • Previous experience working with confidential, non-public information
